'Journey of Faith' was created to be a safe haven for Christians and any other believer who wants to tag along to create a kind, honest community. My mission is to encourage those who wish to or want to continue to walk in the faith by providing insight and sharing my story to those who want to listen.  People of faith are pushed to remain silent because of those who do not want to hear the Word of God. However, this should not stop us from reaching out to those who will. Being a christian, especially in these days, is challenging because of peer pressure, criticism, advanced technologies, and new age movements pushing new ideas into the youth.

Nobody is perfect and I am no different. I cannot show anyone how to be perfect. However, we can always strive to live healthy and improve ourselves in Christ. Here, I just break down my faith and show how I maintain a balanced, consistent relationship with Christ in a world that rejects Him and causes confusion. This may include approaching difficult topics, but with love and diligence.

~Although the world may change, for the good or bad, His Word remains the same.~

About Me

My father was in the military and moved around a lot, so I grew up in three different states. Starting with my birth in Louisiana, to the beginning of elementary school in Alabama (where I was eventually baptized), and the rest of the way to college in North Carolina, where I currently reside. Writing is my passion and I like listening to other people’s stories, so that drove me to double major in English and Psychology.

When I'm not writing, you can find me either rock climbing, hiking with my friends, reading, running, or coming up with new innovative ideas. I always try to lend a hand to others in need even if it’s just an encouraging word (broke college student. I’m sure many can relate). What pushed me towards 'Journey of Faith' was the opportunity to connect and share my love for Christ. Hope you enjoy and find faith through the journey!
